The V7's link function enables you to combine two units with your choice of any mixer and your Mac or PC, creating a completely customizable, totally seamless performance environment. Featuring a professional 24-bit audio interface, the V7 also contains premium faders, knobs, and buttons, including controls for selecting tracks and blending audio effects in the included Serato ITCH software.

The V7 is the first digital DJ system that enables two DJs to transition or play at the same time, on the same computer-based setup. With a four-channel mixer and two V7s, two DJs can play side-by-side with two computers, seamlessly transitioning between sets without interrupting the music.

Delivering precise, low-latency control, the V7 sends control information over USB at more than ten times the standard MIDI rate. The unique virtual-needle-drop touch strip, Strip Search, allows you to locate a point instantly within the track using the on-screen waveform. Five hot-cue-assign buttons on each deck digitally mark your cues, which are recallable in ITCH, and you can even load Scratch LIVE cue points in ITCH.

The V7's extensive loop-controls section offers creative remix capabilities, with manual and auto-loop functions, an automatic BPM analyzer, and a variety of controls for mutilating and modifying loops. Additionally, the 100mm, smooth, stiff pitch sliders and plus and minus buttons make beat matching a straightforward task.

Designed with exceptional audio quality in mind, the V7 contains a multichannel, high-resolution 24-bit USB digital-audio interface, with a minimized circuit path and audiophile-grade bipolar capacitor to ensure tight, punchy audio.

Bundled with Serato ITCH software, the V7 offers one-to-one communication between its knobs, buttons, and controls and the corresponding functions in the software. ITCH builds on Scratch LIVE, adding new features while eliminating the need for timecode and allowing seamless integration of your Scratch LIVE libraries.
